I've been fortunate to have stayed at the Inn at Little Washington several times over the past 30+ years. I've always loved the dramatic decor, and this book explains how the current inn came into being over the years. It's a fascinating story of how a rustic garage in a tiny rural town was gradually (and with many "challenges") transformed into a major food-lover's destination with absolutely stunning interior decor and gardens.Anyone who has enjoyed dining or staying at the inn (or aspires to do so) will enjoy this book.
